Glasir CRM
Your business runs on four tools that don’t talk to each other.
Leads in one place, quotes in another, invoices in QuickBooks, and a spreadsheet holding it together. Glasir CRM is the one system underneath all of it, with the automation already wired in.

The problem
The CRM isn’t where the money leaks. The gaps between tools are.
A lead comes in at 4:40 PM. It gets written on a pad, typed into the scheduler the next morning, quoted from memory on Friday, re-typed into QuickBooks when the job closes, and chased for payment whenever someone remembers. Five systems, four re-entries, and about a week of dead air the customer experiences as “they never called me back.”
Nobody chose that. It accumulated. Every tool solved one problem and created a seam, and the seams are where the leads die and the receivables age. Glasir CRM closes the seams, not by having more features than anyone else, but by keeping one record from the first call to the cleared payment.
What’s in it
Everything the job touches, in one record.
- Customers & leads
- One record per customer, with every job, quote, call, and text attached to it. New leads land from your website form, your phone, or your ads, then get routed by territory or trade before anyone touches a keyboard.
- Quotes
- Build from your rate card, not from memory. Line items, options the customer can accept themselves, and a draft the AI assembles from the job type so your Friday night stays yours.
- Invoices & payments
- Job closes, invoice sends, Stripe takes the card, and QuickBooks reconciles. Aging chases itself on day 7, 14, and 30, and escalations get flagged to the owner instead of forgotten.
- Communications
- Calls, texts, and email in the customer’s timeline. Your tech in the field and your office manager see the same thread, so nobody re-asks the customer what they already told you.
- AI assistance
- Drafts the quote, summarizes the call, writes the follow-up, and answers “what did we do for this customer in 2024?” from your own records, and it shows you the record it pulled that from so you can check it.
- Business insights
- Close rate by trade and by tech. Where leads die. Which job types actually make money. In your inbox Monday at 6:00 AM instead of a dashboard nobody opens.
AI assistance
It answers from your records, and shows its work.
Ask it anything about your own business and it answers with the job, invoice, or note it came from. If it doesn’t know, it says so and stops, which is the part most chat bubbles get wrong.
How we build AI you can trustWhat did we do for the Hartley property in 2024, and did they ever pay the balance?
Two jobs. A condenser replacement in April ($6,480, paid) and a duct sealing job in October ($2,150). The October invoice has a $400 balance, 214 days past due, and it was never chased.

What changes
The week after you switch.
- Leads get answered while they’re still warm
- Routed and texted to the right tech in seconds, not the next morning. The lead you lose to a competitor is almost always the one nobody called back.
- Quotes go out the same day
- Drafted from the job type and your rate card. The owner stops building them from memory at 9:00 PM on Friday.
- You stop re-typing everything
- The job sheet doesn’t get keyed into QuickBooks, because the invoice already came from the job.
- The receivables chase themselves
- Day 7, 14, 30, then flagged to you. Most shops find real money sitting in aging they simply never called about.
Pricing
One price per company. Not per seat.
Add your office manager and every tech without doing seat math. There are no tiers, and the good features aren’t held hostage on a higher plan — there is no higher plan.
$20per company / month
When a customer pays an invoice online, a 5% platform fee applies on top of standard card processing — you choose whether to pass it along or absorb it. If they pay you by check, we take nothing.

Questions
What people ask us.
How is this different from Jobber or ServiceTitan?
Honestly? For a lot of shops it isn’t, and we’ll say so. Those are good products with more field-service depth than we have. Glasir CRM exists for companies that want the automation and AI layer to be part of the system instead of bolted on with a Zapier subscription, and for the ones who want a firm that will actually build the custom workflow they need instead of pointing them at a feature request board.
Do I have to use the CRM to work with Glasir?
No, and most clients don’t. We automate around HubSpot, Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Salesforce constantly. The CRM is one option in the ecosystem, not the price of admission. If your current system works, we’ll tell you to keep it.
What does migration look like?
We import your customers, open jobs, and history from whatever you’re on, including a spreadsheet. Typical migration runs 2–4 weeks, and we keep the old system readable during the changeover. We don’t flip you over on a Friday and disappear.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data isn’t used to train anyone’s models. AI features run against your records to answer your questions, and we can scope the data boundary tighter if you’re under NIST 800-171 or CMMC obligations. That’s a conversation to have on the call.
What if we outgrow it?
Your data exports in full, in a usable format, whenever you want it. No export fee, no 90-day hostage window. If you leave, we’d rather you leave clean.
Can my techs use it in the field?
Yes. It’s built to work on a phone in a truck with bad signal, because that’s where the job actually happens. If a tech has to go back to the office to close a job, the software failed.
The CRM is one solution inside a broader practice. Most of what we do is automation and custom AI around the tools you already own.

Bring a real job, messy history and all. We’ll walk it through the system on the call instead of showing you a demo tenant full of fake customers.
